Q: Is there a charge for personalisation?
A: Charges vary from item to item and are shown in each item's description.

Q: How many letters can I include on the product I've selected?
A: The number of characters (which includes letters, punctuation and spacing) varies from item to item. Please consult the product's description for personalisation specifications.

Q: Can I use foreign spellings or names in my personalisation?
A: Yes. You may use any name if it fits in the specified number of characters. However, we can't use accented or special characters.

Q: Do I have to give a name or initials on a personalised product?
A: No. It's all up to you. All our personalised products can be ordered without any lettering.

Q: How do I personalise the item I have selected?
A: When personalisation options are not available on the product page, you will be able to add persoanalisation after adding the item to your cart.

Q: How can I order more than one piece of the same item, each with different personalisation?
A: If you wish to order multiple items and personalise each differently, personalise them and add them to your cart one at a time.

Q: Does it take longer to receive personalised items?
A: We ask that you allow three extra days for personalised items. Some items, which are personalised directly by the manufacturer require additional time. Please see each product detail page for specific information or e-mail
