Depending on the item, Orvis may be able to repair damaged fishing items, footwear, or luggage at your request. If your item cannot be repaired, Orvis will replace it with an identical item, if possible. If it cannot be replaced with an identical item, it will be replaced with a very similar item of at least equal value. All repair and replacement items are covered by the Orvis 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Orvis can repair most types of damaged fishing, footwear, or luggage merchandise. Other items may require replacement if Orvis cannot repair the item. As always, all repairs or replacements are covered by the Orvis 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If an item can't be repaired, in most cases it can be replaced with a new item.
For Rods: The process for submitting a rod for repair is explained in our rod repair section—simply follow the instructions in the rod repair section. If your rod comes with a 25-year guarantee, your rod will be repaired or replaced for a nominal £20 handling fee. Purchase a Helios 2, Helios, Hydros, Access, Superfine (since 01/01/88), Clearwater II, or Custom fly rod from Orvis, and we will repair or replace it no matter what the reason, for a quarter of a century. Step on it, close the door on it, run over it with the car—it doesn't matter, we'll fix it. If we can't repair it, we'll choose a current fly rod of at least equal value to replace it. Your investment is assured for a nominal shipping and handling charge. This 25-year guarantee also applies to all Zero Gravity, T3, TLS, or Clearwater fly rods originally purchased from Orvis. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only.
Frequent Flyer, Bamboo and Streamline rods are not covered by the 25-year warranty.
For Reels: Orvis provides a reel overhaul service for maintaining or repairing your reel. You'll have your completely overhauled reel within two weeks. Questions? Call 0333 400 4180 or email to speak with a technical advisor.
For Waders: If you are not satisfied with your waders at time of purchase or if they fail for any reason within the first 60 days, we will replace them or refund your money, no questions asked. Beyond that, waders that fail due to manufacturing issues or defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, at Orvis's discretion, free of charge. Damage or failure from normal use, wear and tear, or accidents is not covered under our warranty.
For Luggage: Orvis luggage is extremely durable and can withstand the rigours of travel with ease. However, if your luggage is ever damaged, we will replace them or issue you a refund, depending on your preference.
For Gokey Shoes and Boots: Gokey shoes are hand-made of heavy, remarkably durable bullhide and are built to outlast any other boots you have owned. However, if your Gokey Shoes and Boots are ever damaged, we will replace them or issue you a refund, depending on your preference.
Orvis clothing is guaranteed for the lifetime of the original owner. If items are unworn and unwashed and proof of payment is provided, then a full refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment. If proof of payment isn’t available, a refund will be issued in the form of an Orvis Gift Card.
Orvis is happy to replace a ToughChew bed in the event a dog does manage to chew through the bed. However, if the replacement is chewed or if the original bed is chewed in a very short amount of time, Orvis may suggest that the product is not suitable for your dog and will offer a refund of the purchase price. Contact Customer Service by live chat, email, or at 0333 400 4188 and let them know if the entire bed needs replacing or just the cover of the bed. You'll need to provide Customer Service with the order's billing and shipping address for your original dog bed order and provide them with the address where you want the replacement shipped.
Please note: Only ToughChewbeds come with a chew warranty and will be replaced free of charge. Other dog beds are replaced at customer's expense. If you suspect your dog might be a chewer, then be sure to order a ToughChew bed.

You'll need to provide Customer Service with the order billing and shipping address for your clothing order and provide them with the style and quantity of buttons needed and the address where you want the replacement buttons shipped.
