Details
Since Inuits first donned sealskin pullovers to kayak frigid arctic waters, the anorak has been a reliable staple for keeping warm and dry. Using sustainable materials, we've transformed the traditional anorak into the ultimate Orvis foul weather gear. The shell, in khaki and burnt orange colourblock, is constructed of 100% recycled nylon, the majority from reclaimed polyamide fishing nets. With a highly effective DWR (durable water repellent) treatment, rain shakes right off the shell. Taped seams keep water from seeping inside. Our exclusive Orvis plaid lining and the 60g insulation both use our moisture-wicking, breathable, temperature-regulating, and bluesign-certified MarinoWul+ (made from recycled plastic bottles and reclaimed oyster shells) to provide comfortable warmth. Mechanical stretch in the fabric and half-zips on the side-seams and center-front make our anorak easy to pull on and off. OutSmart® Fresh treatment for odor control and less laundry. In field khaki. Shell: 66% recycled polyamide fishing net/34% recycled polyamide. Lining: 76% cotton/21% recycled polyester/3% elastane. Washable.
Sizes M(38-40), L(42-44), XL(46-48), XXL(50-52).
