Standard Delivery
For receipt of in-stock items, standard delivery within the UK is 7-10 days. The standard charge for postage within the UK is £4.95.
Multiple Delivery Destinations
Multiple "ship to" addresses from the same order are supported. A Standard Delivery charge of £4.95 will be applied to each delivery address requested.
Delivery Time Requirements on Individual Items

Freight Deliveries and Shipments from Vendors
Some products are sent via freight or directly from our suppliers and may require additional delivery time. Please see product pages for delivery estimates.
Next Working Day Delivery
We may be able to provide next-working-day delivery for in-stock items, on orders placed before noon Monday to Thursday. The delivery charge for this service is £7.50.
Please call Customer Service on 0333 400 4188 to confirm stock availability and to ensure this product is eligible for express delivery. Not all Orvis items can be delivered with Next Working Day service. If you select Next Working Day service, you must include your daytime phone number. We are unable to offer next-day delivery to PO Box numbers, as we require a signature upon receipt.
Oversized Item Delivery
Heavy or oversized items incur a supplementary delivery charges of £7.95 per item.
Backordered Deliveries
Occasionally, it is necessary to deliver items in an order separately. For example, if items in your order are backordered, or if you have included a drop-ship item in your order, those items may be delivered separately. In the event this occurs, you'll be notified in your delivery notification email.
CollectPlus
Have your order delivered to one of more than 5,800 local convenience stores, available to collect at a time to suit you. The CollectPlus service costs £3.75 and parcels are typically delivered the next day.
If items in your order are delivered separately, then post and packing packing is charged only one time for the entire order, regardless of any additional deliveries that may be necessary.

Drop-ship merchandise is merchandise that is posted directly from the manufacturer rather than an Orvis warehouse.
Some handcrafted items, because they are made one at a time, may require a longer delivery time. In this case, the delivery times are always noted in the item copy.
The cut-off time for merchandise is 12:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Thursday will not be delivered until Monday. Not all items are available for next-day delivery. Certain parts of the UK are not eligible for next-day delivery.

It usually takes an additional two days for personalised items. Some items, which are personalised directly by the manufacturer, may require additional time. Please see each product detail page for specific information or contact us by live chat, email, or phone for further information.

International Orders (Outside EU)
All prices include 20% V.A.T. To calculate the net goods price (goods less V.A.T.) for international (not European Union countries) orders, multiply your order total by .8333, then add the following for packing, postage, and insured delivery:*
Total Value of Order (Minimum order £25):
- for orders of £25 - £74.99 - add £25
- for orders of £75 - £149.99 - add £30
- for orders of £150 or more - add £35
International EU Orders
Orders to countries within the EU will be charged £15 for delivery.
Orvis US
Our US customers are cordially invited to visit the US Orvis website at www.orvis.com. All merchandise is shown in American dollars, with retail stores and customer service all within the US. You'll also find special retail events, sales, and US fly-fishing expert articles and resources on www.orvis.com.
Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal. (We cannot accept Electron or Solo cards.) Your payment card will not be debited until the goods are despatched. A bank cheque may also be used, provided it is made out for British pounds and payable at a British bank. Add £12 to any cheque drawn on a bank not based in the United Kingdom.*
*We reserve the right to quote a higher delivery charge for any international requests, EU orders, or orders containing unusually bulky or heavy items.
