How do I cancel my order?
Contact our Customer Service department by
live chat, email, or phone to cancel your order. Be sure to include your original order number and your exact name and address in your cancellation request.
How do I cancel my order after it has shipped?
Use the Orvis Return Process to return the merchandise back to Orvis. You can either exchange it for other merchandise or request a refund. Your order will come with a return label to expedite your return.
How will I receive a refund for a cancelled order?
It is Orvis’ policy not to charge a customer until the merchandise ships. If you used a credit card and your order was cancelled, you should not have been charged. If you used a cheque or postal order, then you'll receive a refund cheque in the mail. If you used a gift card, then a gift card will be re-issued and sent by mail.
My order was cancelled by someone else. Help!
Sometimes, an order is cancelled because we have difficulty processing the transaction with your credit card company. If this happens, contact our Customer Service department by live chat, email, or phone. They will help you determine the problem and resolve the issue.
