For gift cards, you’ll find both the card number and PIN on the back of your Orvis Gift Card. The 8-digit PIN is next to the card number; there is a scratch off panel over the PIN. You will need to carefully scratch off this coating to see the PIN.
For cards that do not have the PIN on the back of the card, the PIN can be found on the receipt you would have received with the gift card. The PIN on this will be 4 digits. To use this card for payment, add 0000 before the PIN to turn it into an 8-digit PIN. For any problems using these via the internet, please contact Customer Services on 0333 400 4188.
